The role As a small team, we all wear many hats and enjoy tackling new challenges. As the second(‼️) full-time product designer, you will be a foundational team member with the opportunity to work on all aspects of the application and shape the design future of CivilGrid. Joining at this stage, you will design core systems that will help us scale quickly, and benefit from tremendous upside as we grow. This is a visual design heavy role so attention to detail and strong design sensibilities are required. The role is Boston-area based and there will be time spent collaborating in person 1-2 days a week.
