The role is located in Providence, RI, but will transition to remote once the initial training is completed. The Account Manager will handle a renewal book of business, provide excellent customer service for our clients and business partners, and eventually lead to supporting a producer with new business. The role requires both strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and is a great fit for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • Minimum of three to five years in Commercial Lines Insurance either as a processer, customer service, or account manager (Wholesaler preferred) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Experience with ALIS, Microsoft, and Outlook a plus • Industry certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC are a plus
