Essential Functions: • Personal Care Assistance: bathroom functions, bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating. • Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions. • Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments. • Ensuring the clients home is organized according to their needs and safety measures. • Provide support and motivation to perform daily tasks. • Provide mobility assistance: bed, chair, or a wheelchair. • Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs. • Ensure clients rights adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.
