As an Audit Managing Director, you will be responsible for: Technical Expertise • Client industry knowledge including but not limited to professional service, franchising, technology, construction, manufacturing & distribution, and/or real estate. • Possess strong technical audit/attest skills with deep knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and other regulatory requirements. • Manage risk and financial performance of engagements • Continuously reviews performance of engagement teams and resolves discrepancies. Client Service • Provide timely, high-quality audit/attest services that meet client expectations including coordinating all aspects of audit/attest engagements with a team of professionals. • Build and manage a portfolio of clients while acting as the point of contact. • Responsible for client billing, collections, and budgeting. Growing the Practice • Candidate must be a self-starter and have strong leadership qualities. • Initiate and participate in pursuits of new clients; involve others in pursuits to train our next generation of rainmakers. • Cross-sell to our existing client base. • Participate in industry organizations and professional development programs. • Speak and/or write on emerging topics and trends. • Perform administrative functions to achieve firm goals. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required and active CPA license, advanced degree desirable. • 10+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment. • Ability to work in a variety of commercial industries; professional services; franchising; technology; construction; manufacturing & distribution; and/or real estate experience a plus. • A track record of building and sustaining client relationships. • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written; ability to articulate complex business and technical audit/attest issues. • Project management and critical thinking skills.

Lead client engagements to configure Workiva solutions, perform data migration, ensure quality deliverables, support client adoption, and collaborate with teams to meet project goals. | Bachelor's degree with 2+ years implementing ERP/GRC/financial systems, advanced Excel skills, Workiva platform experience, Workiva delivery certifications, and understanding of accounting or ESG processes. | Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Citrin Cooperman is seeking a motivated Workiva Implementation Consultant to join our growing Workiva Services group within our Digital and Cloud Services practice. This role involves leading client engagements, executing Workiva configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Lead client meetings and working sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Configure Workiva solutions to support financial reporting, sustainability and GRC automation, including data integration, template development, and workflow setup • Perform data migration from legacy systems and validate accuracy through testing and reconciliation • Review and provide quality assurance on deliverables produced by offshore team members • Support client enablement through training, testing, and adoption activities • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workiva configuration and reporting workflows • Recommend future-state enhancements and additional use cases to help clients expand their use of Workiva • Deliver assigned project tasks on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality • Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to the Workiva Services Manager • Collaborate with Managers and Directors to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing ERP, GRC, ESG, or financial reporting systems • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas • Experience extracting and analyzing financial and/or operational data from ERP, CPM, GL, GRC or other reporting systems • Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with clients • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a delivery team • High level of motivation, organization, and commitment to professional growth • Experience with Workiva’s platform • Workiva delivery certifications • Understanding of accounting, risk and compliance, or ESG and sustainability processes • 3+ years of management consulting or public accounting experience • Experience with business process flow documentation and flowcharting • Project management experience Company Overview • Citrin Cooperman is a professional services firm that provides advisory, assurance, and tax solutions to clients.
