We are seeking a Director, Privacy, to join our Privacy team within the Risk Management department. They’ll be responsible for leading internal privacy initiatives, as well as collaborating cross-functionally to develop, implement, and manage data privacy policies, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities Are, But Not Limited To • Lead privacy initiatives cross functionally to develop, implement, and managing privacy policies, procedures, and practices internally for Citrin Cooperman. • Develop, implement, maintain, and communicate privacy policies, processes, and procedures that align with global regulations and industry best practices. • Participate in internal design discussions to ensure data protection requirements are clearly defined early and throughout the development lifecycle for new projects. • Ensure data privacy and protection obligations are met. • Conduct Data Inventory exercises, Privacy Threshold Assessments, Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments to identify and mitigate privacy risks associated with new projects, products, or services. • Perform data entry into our Privacy Technology solution, TrustArc. • Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs to employees and vendors. • Monitor changes in data privacy and protection laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. • Manage and respond to DSARs ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, regulations, and guidance • Review data protection and privacy agreements and terms. • Support incident response efforts in case of privacy breaches and working to minimize their impact. • Work cross-functionally with employees at all levels across the company to ensure efficient integration of the Privacy Program into business processes. • Manage adoption of policies, guidelines, manuals, and procedures for the Global Data Privacy Program. Qualifications The ideal candidate must: • Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. • Have 6 years of experience in data privacy or comparable fields (mainly US privacy). • Be proficient in understanding and grasping broader strategic objectives and how individual tasks contribute to achieving those goals. • Handle multiple, competing tasks and deadlines. • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to innovate. • Be knowledgeable in CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA. • Have privacy certifications in at least one of the following: CIPM, CIPP, CISSP, CIPT.

We are looking for a Manager – Assurance Workflow Automation, Innovation to join the Innovation team within the Methodology & Innovation department. It’s embedded within our firm’s Assurance Innovation team to execute our vision for redefining automation of assurance workflows, while leveraging AgenticAI and GenAI. This role will work closely with our external tooling vendors to work at the intersection of our audit methodologies, processes and procedures to further develop existing workflow automation, support tooling proofs of concept and pilots, and execute solutions at scale across the assurance service line. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with automating workflows with a deep technical understanding of auditing professional standards to drive operational excellence and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities Are, But Not Limited To • Basic knowledge of financial accounting data. • Basic knowledge of accounting information systems data fields and structures. • Ability to extract data from accounting information software and format data into a usable format for data ingestion. • Excellent experience working with Excel to efficiently format data extractions. • Functional experience designing and developing user interfaces. • Ability to validate the integrity of data and understand the nature of data flow. • Working knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts. • Moderate experience with data modelling, visualization, and automation tools, such as VBA for Excel (Macros), Power BI, and Power Automate is helpful. • Basic knowledge of various Microsoft 365 applications, such as SharePoint, Lists, Forms, Power Apps etc. is helpful. • Working knowledge of programming concepts. • Attitude of a continuous learner in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under compressed time requirements is necessary. • Self-starter who can work both independently and yet collaboratively with audit teams to assist them in solving data extraction and ingestion problems. • Excellent communication skills are necessary to engage directly with clients and audit teams. Qualifications The ideal candidate must: • Have 7-10 years as an auditor in a Big 4 or Top 25 firm with deep understanding of auditing methodologies. • Have experience in a data ingestion and analysis role, preferably with a Global or National accounting firm. • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, with a concentration in data analysis and visualization. • Possess superior writing skills with a comprehensive understanding of written and visualization techniques necessary to promote a higher degree of usability by end users. • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences. • Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. • Possess a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Possess knowledge of OnPoint Suite of products (DAS, PCR, etc.) or other common audit methodologies (preferred).
