Drive supply-to-shelf execution through optimized order management, replenishment, fill rates, on-shelf availability (OSA), inventory optimization, and customer compliance. Partner with customers to improve inventory productivity through allocation strategies, vendor-managed inventory (VMI), shelf minimums, segmentation, and network optimization. Anticipate customer needs, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities by developing proactive supply strategies and implementing sustainable solutions that support customer growth. Establish standardized routines and processes to proactively manage product supply, resolve operational challenges, and identify continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Own customer scorecards and key performance metrics, including Fill Rate, OSA, In-Stock %, Inventory, Days of Supply (DOS), Order Compliance, Lead Time, and Forecast Accuracy. Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and report that provide visibility into customer performance, business trends, risks, opportunities, mitigation plans, and key actions. Communicate insights and customer operating model best practices to internal and external stakeholders, influencing business strategy and improving Chobani's supply chain  Requirements The requirements of this position include: Bachelor's Degree or years of experience in combination with education.
