In this role you will be responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects across the full lifecycle. You will ensure that project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk are proactively managed while maintaining strong client relationships and promoting repeat business. Establish and manage project budgets, cost estimates, labor plans, and financial forecasts. Track actual costs against budget and implement corrective actions when variances occur. Implement and oversee project quality plans, inspection/testing processes, and deliverable reviews. Ensure adherence to organizational and client QA/QC standards, including documentation, configuration control, and change management. Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of directly related industry experience. A High School Diploma and an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree. Requires at least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably ICS/OT, facility modernization, engineering, construction, or critical infrastructure projects. Must have at least 3 years of experience managing or supervising people. Requires an IAT Level II satisfying certification such as Security+ or GICSP. Must have experience managing Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) implementation or upgrade projects. Must have experience working with cyber security tools such as Wireshark, Nessus, STIG Viewer, SCAP Tool, etc. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
