Accountable for shift activities, emergencies, and dealing with events effectively with limited support and or supervision from management. As required direct, coordinate and provide technical guidance of activities performed by facility staff, contractors and equipment specialist engaged in corrective service for resolution. In the absence of qualified Tradesman, the shift engineers will perform all duties as needed to preserve patient safety, comfort and/or compliance. Logging, monitoring all items housed within control room: Including but not limited to Keys /Radio's and CMMS equipment. Be on-call in a rotational basis and fill in for emergency call outs as required. Operate Building Automation Systems Operate, diagnose and monitor all building automation systems to include Main and Extended Campus locations. Assist with Pm Maintenance team tasks by utilizing Building Automation to stop/start/disable/lockout systems. Acknowledge, log, act, diagnose, ticket, track, and clear Building Automation alarms Keys, radio, mobile electronic devices and vehicle use by Contractors/CNH Employees Maintain the logging and retrieval process for keys, two-way radios and hospital-owned electronic devices or vehicles to building contractors and Hospital personnel.
