What you will do • Provides for a secure environment by Performing entry screening at fixed posts and patrolling buildings. • Enforces all security and safety policies and procedures of the Enterprise. • Reports all problems and emergencies to immediate supervisor, and documents security incidents with a written report and daily activity logs. • Promptly responds to all calls and requests for service or emergencies. • When assigned, patrols the immediate surrounding areas and all parking areas utilizing a patrol vehicle or on foot. • Screens all individuals entering the facilities to ensure that they have a business purpose to be in the building. • Checks ID badges, and ensures that all visitors, employees, and contractors wear badges as required. • Confirms that all visitors, vendors and contractors are authorized to be on the property and have been signed in. • Ensures that all individuals comply with the Enterprise's rules and regulations. • Escorts all unauthorized persons from the property. • Provides security escorts when requested for employees, patients, patient families and visitors. • Completes a security escort assignment throughout the Enterprise as directed by a supervisor. • Notifies supervisor when directly requested to provide an escort by any personnel. • Provides the escort with a friendly demeanor in accordance with our ICARE values. • Screens individuals for weapons and/or prohibited items. • Where appropriate, uses either a handheld or walkthrough/by weapons detection device to identify weapons or prohibited items. • Any identified weapons or prohibited items are appropriately documented and secured. • When appropriate, returns the weapons or prohibited items upon the individual leaving the property. • Responds to patient restraint events as needed • Assist clinical teams with the management of aggressive patients. • Hold limbs of patients while restraint devices are applied, or a medical procedure is completed by clinical team members. • Responds immediately to all routine and emergency situations as directed by a Supervisor, Base Operator or by witnessing firsthand. • Responds promptly to all routine security calls and notifies Base of outcome. • Provides support during helicopter landings. • Acts as a member of the Fire Brigade during fire alarms. • Participates as needed in all Emergency Preparedness Events. • Intervenes as necessary in verbal and physical conflicts to ensure the safety of all persons. • Assists with campus parking issues. • Identifies and documents all illegally parked vehicles. • Notifies supervisor to call for tow truck and/or police services as may be necessary. • Assists parking team members as necessary with parking related matters. What you will do Focus on review, correction, trending and prevention of denials within Revenue Integrity’s control Review, identify, analyze EPIC work queues, reports and claim data to identify root cause of denials Works with the RI Specialist and their revenue producing departments to help minimize charge capture methods that may be contributing to denials by analyzing trends in payments and denials, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with them to resolve issues, prevent revenue leakage Perform applicable analyses to understand net revenue effect of any proposed charge capture changes. Perform internal billing audits to ensure correcting coding/billing regulatory compliance and charge capture accuracy. Serves as resource to Patient Financial Services staff for reporting problems and denials on individual claims. Assists in researching coding issues and recommends solution to account representative. Identifies source of problem and works with analysts to implement corrective actions to ensure that the charge capture is updated to prevent future rejections/denials and to ensure accurate and expedient reimbursement Assist in strategic pricing process to optimize reimbursement within budget guidelines. A Brief Overview The Executive Director of Enterprise Development oversees the Foundation's regional and enterprise major gift, annual fund, alumni, and employee fundraising programs. The ED of Enterprise Development is a key leader on a team that raised over $50M in FY2025 and will have revenue accountability for a significant component of those dollars raised moving forward. Leading a multi-level team 10-12 staff members, the ED of Enterprise Development will be responsible for developing a strategic vision to leverage the expertise of these frontline areas to increase donor qualification, cultivation, and solicitation. The ED of Enterprise Development will inspire and lead the enterprise team to work collaboratively to achieve a team annual revenue goal of 10M+. This position will report to the Associate Vice President of Individual Giving and serve as an Individual Giving leadership team member. The ED of Enterprise Development will be a highly experienced major gift and annual fund fundraiser who will lead by example in growing and managing a personal portfolio. They will have a sophisticated understanding of annual fund donor engagement and the art of building strong donor portfolios and transitioning donor relationships from transactional to relationship-based. The ED will be an experienced, collaborative, and creative leader. They will be partner with their direct reports to develop innovative opportunities to grow the foundation's alumni and staff giving programs, as well as develop the next generation of philanthropists.
