Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to Managers and staff that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. • Partner with various MIOS Departments to ensure the company maintains Compliance. Included but not limited to Training, DCAA, DOL, EEOC, OFCCP, FCPA, Etc. • Develop strategic relationships with potential and existing customers and businesses. • Collaborates with the President to drive the Company to achieve profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives. • Support the measurement and effectiveness of all processes, internal and external. • Provides timely, accurate, and complete delegated reports on the operating condition of the Company. • Collaborate with the President in the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. • Motivate and lead a high-performance team and foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. • Represents the Company and organization with major customers, business partners, and the public. • Execute programs and proposals within scope, cost, and schedule requirements in balance to the satisfaction of the customer and management • Participates in the preparation of the budget coordination and preparation, execution, and execution of financial reporting. • Fosters employee alignment with corporate goals and objectives. • Oversee and manage client contact and engagement programs. • Identify, initiate, and cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients; collaborate with leadership to secure organic growth and new projects, and partnerships. • Represent the company in interactions with clients, partner organizations, and industry professionals. • Maintain strong visibility and involvement in professional, marketing, and community organizations. • Proactively seek and pursue organic and new business opportunities • Other duties as assigned. This role bridges instructional design and training facilitation expertise with strategic business development - ensuring CDAS delivers high-quality, scalable, and relevant education support aligned with agency requirements. Responsibilities Training Design and Delivery • Design and develop educational resources, courses, programs, and tools tailored to meet DoD and Federal Agency requirements. • Lead management of training development projects. • Interface with customers to assess training needs and define learning objectives. • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate operational expertise into engaging, mission-relevant learning content. • Provide advice and expertise regarding learning and development best practices, resources, and related technology (including AI). • Modernize existing training products and delivery methods. • Determine and utilize the most appropriate training delivery methods/formats (instructor-led, eLearning, blended learning, synchronous, asynchronous, virtual, in-person). • Design, facilitate, and produce engaging instructor-led webinars, workshops, and podcasts as required. • Source and curate learning resources and SMEs as needed to satisfy project requirements. Program Growth and Marketing • Identify new training and education opportunities in support of the DoD, IC, and Federal Agencies. • Develop marketing strategies, collateral, and outreach campaigns that highlight CDAS training and education capabilities. • Collaborate with BD and Capture Teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and white papers focused on training and education opportunities. • Represent CDAS at industry events, training expos, and customer engagements to promote capabilities and identify opportunities. Business Development Support • Track market trends in training technologies, learning platforms, and agency priorities to inform CDAS training strategy. • Build partnerships with academic institutions, technology providers, influencers, and industry training partners.
