Provide day-to-day project support ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations, and policies across finance, HR, and logistics. | Bachelor's degree with 3+ years project support experience including financial oversight and compliance knowledge. | Chemonics seeks a Program Manager for the USG Portfolio under the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team. The project support manager is responsible for day-to-day compliance with donor regulations and corporate policies and provides financial oversight for assigned projects. The role involves supporting project(s) in meeting contractual compliance, accurate financial tracking, and mitigating operational risk. The manager works closely with associates and project leadership to ensure smooth execution of project support activities. The role also supports business development opportunities and serves as a supervisor to junior project support staff. Responsibilities: • Provides day-to-day support to one or more project teams and client, including adherence to project contract, task order or cooperative agreement requirements, government regulations, and Chemonics policies • Supports project office requests and ensure tasks are complete in areas of compliance (including procurement and grants); finance and administration; personnel and HR; and administration and logistics • Oversees financial aspects of the project’s contract or agreement by reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy and compliance; responsible for tracking expenditures against budget and total obligated funds, and coordinating development and monitoring of annual corporate budget, and regular forecasting of expenditures for Chemonics and client • Identifies issues or potential risks, including project performance, financial, and compliance, and supports plans and strategies to implement corrective action and escalate when needed. • Serve as primary point of contact for operational and compliance-related issues. • Coordinate with project offices to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of challenges. • Support risk mitigation strategies and contribute to problem-solving with project office staff. • Participate in new business efforts in line roles as part of proposal team. • Supervises, and mentors; provides regular clear performance goals and feedback to supervisees • Work closely with junior staff to ensure training and empowerment in accurate administrative and financial processes; promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Performs all tasks and responsibilities demonstrating behaviors consistent with Chemonics’ values and competencies • Performs other duties as required Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred • Minimum 3 years of relevant project support experience, including financial oversight and compliance • Understanding of donor/client requirements and how to apply them to project support • Demonstrated organizational and communication skills; including problem solving and initiatives to learn new skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively. • Willingness to travel up to 8 weeks per year Apply by February 25, 2026. Assist in analyzing and verifying financial data, prepare financial statements, and monitor financial transactions for the project. | Requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. | Chemonics seeks a Task Order Finance Associate to support the Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. GHSC-PSM is the primary vehicle through which the US Government: 1) procures and provides health commodities; 2) provides technical assistance to improve partner countries' management of the supply chain; and 3) collaborates with key international stakeholders to support global health initiatives. The Task Order Finance Associate provides support of financial and accounting activities to Task Orders awarded under the GHSC-PSM IDIQ. The Task Order Finance Associate assists in managing all financial aspects of the Task Order. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Analyze financial data from Requisition Orders, identify incorrect data, and process corresponding corrections. Oversee the data analysis and coding verification for Task Order financial transactions specific to GHSC-PSM. Assist the Task Order Financial Specialist in reviewing financial data and perform the necessary adjustments in consultation and coordination with the Project Support Teams. Analyze financial information from Chemonics systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data. Assist in the monthly and quarterly production of Financial Statements. Monitor and track headquarters' financial transactions and expenses and coordinate with GHSC-PSM units regarding funding levels and obligations. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree required, in Accounting, finance or related field preferred. Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred. Fluent English required; proficiency in languages spoken in countries in which GHSC-PSM implemented preferred. Ability to work across a matrixed organization and influence teams both directly and indirectly. Skilled in learning new financial and accounting concepts quickly, and able to translate and deliver this information to colleagues with little to no financial background. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. Strong administrative skills, word processing abilities, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to follow standard practices and procedures and make significant contribution to end results. Computer skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
