Duties: Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and define functional and technical specifications within an Agile framework. Participate in Agile ceremonies, refining and decomposing business requirements into clear, implementable user stories. Contribute to architecture and design discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards. Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensure high code quality through design best practices, unit testing, integration testing, and early defect detection. Partner with cross-functional teams to guide technical decisions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions, while supporting release and production stability. Mentor junior developers and collaborate with governance and support teams to ensure compliance, effective incident management, and continuous improvement.Position allows for 100% remote work. What you have Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 72 months of experience involving the following: Build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework; Design and optimize data solutions across SQL Server, Aerospike, and MongoDB, handling high-volume, low-latency workloads; Develop event-driven, distributed systems using Apache Kafka for real-time processing and integration; Deploy and manage cloud-native and microservices-based applications using PCF, Docker, and Kubernetes; Design and build RESTful APIs focusing on performance, security, and scalability; Implement resilient, highly available systems focusing on fault tolerance, scalability, and disaster recovery; and Use performance testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and observability practices to ensure reliability and quickly resolve production issues. Experience leading teams in a consultative setting and proven ability to collectively achieve the objectives of strategic initiatives. Proven ability to develop presentations, communicate complex ideas, and influence decisions with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience facilitating meetings, leading working sessions, and driving alignment across multiple business and technology teams. Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex business, technology, market, and industry trends and translate findings into actionable strategies. Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous environments where outcomes and implications may not be fully known. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Experience managing multiple priorities and strategic projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence. Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, product strategy, or corporate strategy roles. Experience evaluating cybersecurity, data, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives such as Artificial Intelligence. Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and performance management methodologies such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, technology trend assessments, or vendor evaluations. Strong executive communication and presentation development capabilities. Experience with data visualization, analytics, and reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx. Experience working with executive leadership, Board-level communications, or regulatory-facing initiatives.
