Reporting directly to the VP Business Operations, we are looking for a talented Business Operations & Compliance Manager to join our team and help shape the future of decentralized finance. Responsibilities: • Lead Compliance & Security Programs – Own the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global compliance initiatives (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), including audits, certifications, and risk management. • Build and Enforce Internal Policies – Develop, maintain, and scale security, compliance, and operational policies across the organization, ensuring consistency and accountability. • Oversee Vendor & Contract Management – Manage vendor selection, procurement, onboarding, and contract processes, aligning them with compliance and security requirements. • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with technical, business, and legal teams to embed compliance and security best practices into daily operations and strategic initiatives. • Drive Program & Process Excellence – Lead company-wide initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support sustainable growth. Requirements • 5–7+ years of experience in business operations, compliance, or security program management within a technology company. • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and experience leading audits. • Proven ability to design, implement, and enforce internal policies at a global scale. • Background in vendor management, procurement, and contracts. • Excellent program management and organizational skills with experience working cross-functionally across technical and business teams. • Strong communication skills and a passion for security, operational excellence, and emerging technologies like blockchain and DeFi. Preferred Qualifications: • Based in NYC with the ability to work from our Brooklyn office, or ability to work remotely in the USA with travel up to 30% of the year to collaborate in person with the team. • Experience working in high-growth technology companies or startups, ideally with exposure to compliance, security, or risk management functions. • Familiarity with blockchain, smart contracts, and/or DeFi protocols. • Demonstrated ability to scale compliance and security programs in fast-paced, global environments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort driving cross-functional initiatives. • Experience working in both hypergrowth startup environments and larger enterprise organizations. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will take full ownership of projects, designing and implementing scalable frontend dashboards and robust GraphQL APIs. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Platform Team Lead, you will play a critical role in building data-driven dashboards and tools to support risk analysis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with research and protocol teams to deliver high-quality frontend and backend components that power protocol security insights. Responsibilities Take full ownership of projects: break down high-level goals into actionable tasks, propose technical approaches, and drive execution end-to-end. Design and implement scalable frontend dashboards and tools that visualize protocol risk, integrating tightly with backend data sources. Build and maintain robust GraphQL APIs and data services that serve our UI and internal tools. Evolve our Alert Portal, owning new feature development, architectural improvements, and performance optimizations. Partner with research and protocol teams to deeply understand DeFi protocols and present insights via intuitive, data-rich interfaces. Mentor and support junior engineers by sharing best practices in full-stack development. Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, documentation, and code reviews. Take initiative in identifying product opportunities and technical improvements across the platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs. Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of our platform. Requirements Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with modern technologies (Node.js, Python, etc.). Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver production-grade features with minimal supervision. Strong experience building React-based web applications. Solid understanding of API design, especially using GraphQL. Experience working with data-intensive applications or analytics dashboards. Comfortable working in dynamic, high-ownership environments with shifting priorities. Passion for high-quality engineering and building tools that solve real user problems. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for DeFi and blockchain technology. Preferred Qualifications Based in Tel Aviv and able to frequent the office 5 days a week. Experience designing, developing, and operating cloud-native services (AWS/GCP). Strong foundation in frontend engineering best practices including accessibility, performance, and testing. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows. Interest in or curiosity about DeFi and blockchain technologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
