What You Will Do: • Maintain price updates • Ensure Outline Agreement accuracy • Learn and apply Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process tools and skills to execute sourcing initiatives across assigned category spend. • Manage savings projects and reporting to include pipeline development, project execution, and financial validation. Engages supplier community and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and action plans. • Conduct the core operational duties of the category team: material expedites, invoice reconciliation, new supplier set-ups. • Evaluate service levels and engages supplier contacts and internal stakeholders in development and execution of process improvement plan • Investigate, develop, and drive actions to remedy supply disruptions and constraints. Effectively communicate updates to internal stakeholders. • Lead, manage, and communicate status of alternate supplier approval projects. Collaborate across RDE, supply chain, quality, regulatory to ensure project milestones and action plans are met. • Implement procurement systems and process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Manage processes critical to the efficient functioning of the Source-to-Pay process. • Lead procurement engagement in material quality resolution.
