Our job is to make sure Chainalysis has the right talent and framework in place to grow both quickly and thoughtfully. We're looking for a strategic, energetic Human Resources Business Partner to advise and partner with our R&D team. You’ll support our leaders to ensure we have the right people in the right roles, align on organizational and people strategies, and use data to develop best practices. In this role, you’ll: • Build influential partnerships with the organization’s senior management globally to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness • Understand business objectives and translate them to an HR agenda that continues to drive global improvement, productivity, and development within teams and across the company • Develop a deep understanding of the business, serving as a thought leader on people and organizational topics within your dedicated team as well as cross-functionally • Coach business leaders on employee relations matters including performance management, feedback, and career pathing, and mediating when needed • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Finance on strategic headcount planning, identifying critical roles, and succession planning • Partner with People Operations to develop People programs We’re looking for candidates who: • Have strong HR expertise and a proven track record of being an influential thought partner to the business • Are skilled in the facilitation and management of change, with the ability to influence and build support for ideas and initiatives • Possess a strong ability to identify, analyze, resolve, or refer complex issues in support of a positive work environment • Experience working across global employment laws and HR practices; familiarity with Denmark and Israel is ideal. • Interpret policies and regulations to ensure fair and equitable resolution of issues • Can manage several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet deadlines • Can develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization across time zones • Are innately curious and have a high sense of urgency that translates into a drive for results Nice to have experience: • High-growth startup experience • Familiarity working with employees in US, UK, Denmark and Israel in particular is a plus About Chainalysis Blockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation. We use data and domain expertise to navigate the customer-journey, helping each stakeholder define and achieve success. We’re also extremely collaborative and work cross-functionally to share the insights we learn from our customers. Within the private sector segment, our team is driven by our mission to make the world a safer place by supporting customers that track and investigate illicit activities involving cryptocurrency like human trafficking, terrorist financing, and money-laundering. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll develop a deep understanding of your customers' challenges and industry trends. By providing confident and consultative guidance, you'll demonstrate how Chainalysis can help customers achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate can build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams internally, and is passionate about advocating for their customers' needs. In this role, you'll: Establish a regular cadence of contact and reviews with your customers that allows you to understand your stakeholders and their individual and organizational goals, proactively solve problems, and maintain optimal customer health with risks of customer churn identified early and mitigated effectively Meet with customers both virtually and in-person, requiring travel 20-30% of the time based on customer and business needs Directly contribute to increasing the adoption, renewal, and net retention of our most important customers by monitoring their usage, noticing meaningful trends, and executing strategic account plans Answer advanced product usage and technical questions related to data and investigations across our product suite Collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for the needs of customers to leaders in different internal departments Support cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall customer experience Provide input on how to automate, simplify, and improve our daily workflows to make the Customer Success team more efficient and scalable We’re looking for candidates who have: Customer Success or Account Management experience with a digital or software product Prior experience in the technology space Experience building out customer journeys, account plans and expanding product adoption Emotional intelligence and an empathetic propensity to read between the lines and understand what the customer is saying (and what they mean) An interest in cryptocurrency and a passion to deliver on Chainalysis’ mission to build trust in blockchains Nice to have experience: Private sector, financial markets experience Current and/or previous experience working within the Crypto ecosystem.
