This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the cloud infrastructure and ensuring the efficient operation of Microsoft cloud services. If you have a strong background in Azure and Office 365 administration and a passion for solving complex technical challenges, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Manage and administer Azure cloud services, including VMs, storage accounts, Azure AD, and networking components. • Monitor Azure resources for performance, availability, and security compliance. • Implement and manage Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. • Administer Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, conditional access policies, and identity protection. • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to design and implement Azure solutions that meet business needs and scalability requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure and Office 365 services. • Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance policies within Azure and Office 365 environments. • Plan and execute Azure migrations and integrations with on-premises systems or other cloud platforms. • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies. Preferred Qualifications: • Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent. • Microsoft Intune experience • Knowledge of other cloud platforms (AWS, Genesis Cloud) is a plus.
