The Client Operations Specialist supports the Client Success team in delivering health insurance services and acts as a liaison between Client Success and the broader organization. Summary of role: The Client Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our Client Success team with the end-to-end delivery of health insurance services for employer groups, brokers, and individual members. This position acts as a conduit between Client Success and the broader Centivo organization, helping to ensure that market facing needs and requirements are being accounted for in our day-to-day operations or broader projects that will impact the market facing team. The ultimate objective of the Client Ops team is to reduce the administrative & operational burden of our Client Success teams through standardization and process optimization. Responsibilities Include: Subject Matter Expertise: Act as Subject Matter Expert, representing the voice of the customer and client success, on any product, network, vendor discussions and rollouts Identify Client Success needs and requirements related to such rollouts, ensuring timely distribution of deliverables to Client Success Support will be expected but not limited to Open Enrollment, Plan Renewals and any plan changes Project management and system support for internal systems (Plan Manager, Portal) will be required of this role. The Plan Documents Specialist Jr. will assist in client implementation and plan changes, managing benefit plan documentation processes. They will conduct reviews of plan documents and draft necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant laws. | Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in employee benefits paralegal work or health and welfare benefit consulting. Summary of Role: Under the guidance of the Plan Documents Manager, the Plan Documents Specialist, Jr. will work cross functionally with the Configuration, Implementation, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure best-in-class output, client experience and satisfaction, which can include regular interaction with brokers, agents, TPAs, stop loss carriers, and other applicable vendors and clients. The Plan Documents Specialist, Jr. is a key member of the delivery team, facilitating client onboarding for document preparation, client changes, document management, and other duties related to requirements for employer-sponsored welfare benefit plans under the following federal and employment laws: Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Internal Revenue Code (Code) Health Insurance Patient Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSP) Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) Affordable Care Act (ACA) Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act (WHCRA) Responsibilities Include: Assisting in client implementation and client plan changes, defining clients’ benefits and structure for document preparation/completion for required plan document creation.
