We’re seeking an experienced and driven Renewables Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar or battery energy storage projects across the United States. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the single point of accountability for delivering safe, high-quality, and profitable projects—on time and on budget. As a Project Manager, you’ll guide your team through every phase of the project lifecycle—from acquisition and pre-construction through execution and close-out—ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations. You’ll be responsible for implementing best practices in safety, quality control, and cost management, while fostering strong partnerships with energy clients and internal stakeholders. This is a leadership role that demands excellence in communication and planning. Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be onsite at a project location. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in any state throughout the US. You’ll spend 8-12 months on average per project. We offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses. A vehicle allowance will be provided. You will be responsible for providing high quality, timely executive assistance to one of our Executive leaders. You will perform tasks that require a significant level of trust and self-discipline/confidential discretion. Responsibilities will include moderate to advanced difficulty requiring excellent clerical skills in multiple areas. A successful candidate will have skills with software systems, Microsoft suite, presentations, and written and verbal communication. Depth of knowledge related to reporting and data analysis will be helpful. There may be occasional support requests outside of typical business hours when supporting the leaders, particularly close to quarterly and group meetings. We provide all of your company equipment, including a work cell phone. Location: This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for Segment Execs Prepare agendas, presentations, materials and other documents for executive meetings and events Create and maintain filing and other organizational systems Manage various memberships and ticket distribution Screen calls and correspondence in a professional and confidential manner Coordinate policy and process for company donations within CE&I Coordinate Segment team events Notarize and apply company seals on documents as requested Oversee maintenance processes for CE&I corporate office spaces Ensure policy and process for assigning and reserving space in CE&I office locations Reconcile credit cards for Executive Leadership Complete expense reports for Executive Leadership Qualifications Five or more years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives, or 10+ years of directly related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. A combination of education & experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and navigating software systems that are relevant to the support of Segment Executive roles. Exceptional confidentiality, ability to respectfully handle and resolve conflict, and demonstrated courtesy and professionalism with all levels of the organization. Ability to stay extremely organized and successfully navigate competing priorities, strategic shifts, and organizational change. Write reports, business correspondence, and policy and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. Common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
