What will you be doing: The Senior Data/Report Systems Analyst works independently to support high-level measurement and reporting needs of various patient care quality, safety, and efficiency improvement initiatives of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Supports the quality and efficiency reporting needs through the use of general analytics and statistically-based analytics. Works directly with customers throughout the Hospital; and works collaboratively within work groups as required. Works directly with customers to develop specifications to meet requested analytic and reporting needs. Works independently to manage data sets, validate data integrity, and audit data. Works independently to analyze and document business processes, and facilitate improvement to ensure the production and capture of data elements meeting desired standards of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and availability. Documents all activities as required. Works closely with clinical and administrative staff and leadership, performance improvement staff and leadership, report-writers, staff in the department, and other personnel throughout the medical center in the accomplishment of tasks and responsibilities. Becomes an in-house expert with a focus on specific datasets in the context of particular databases and computer software applications, including external sources of data; and/or in the context of particular organizational units (such as Case Management, Performance Improvement, Nursing, Medical Staff Services, etc.). Under general supervision and following established practices, policies, and guidelines, provides patient relations support to Patient Financial Services, performing duties which include identifying, analyzing, resolving and responding to customer inquiries, concerns and issues, and following up on accounts to ensure payment and resolution. Positions at this level require advanced knowledge in specialized functions and a full understanding of the revenue cycle. What you will be doing: The Digital Scheduling and Access Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and providing strategic support to the EIS Cadence and MyChart teams, ensuring successful project oversight, prioritization, resource management, and data analysis. This role will provide leadership, guidance, and direction for the Digital Scheduling project, collaborating with operational stakeholders to optimize scheduling and promote the use of digital tools. In this role, you will lead the long-term digital scheduling and access program implementation and optimization plans, identifying and mitigating risks with program stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical and operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and project management, with experience in digital scheduling and access tools. You should have a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Oversee the implementation of the EIS digital scheduling tools across specialties. Assist the Cadence and MyChart teams with design decisions needed. Determine resource allocation and planning needs. Create project documentation tools to support the work. Maintain tasks and milestones according to the project timelines. Ensure the Cadence scheduling tools (decision trees, Fast Pass, scheduling tickets) are implemented as planned.
