Perform medical billing, scheduling, data entry, client support, follow-up with funding sources, intake of new clients, clerical tasks, and reporting. | Must have 1 year related experience, bilingual Spanish/English, excellent phone and writing skills, H.S. diploma or some college, 35+ WPM typing, and intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge. | Clinical office in West Covina is in need of an administrative assistant/medical biller on a part-time/full-time basis. Duties involve: medical billing (experience is preferred), scheduling, data entry, client support, follow up with funding sources, intake process of new clients, clerical activities, reports, etc. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Spanish/English), reliable, fast-paced, possess great organizational skills, outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, and possess the ability to multi-task effectively. Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Requirements: Excellent phone and writing skills H.S.
