We are seeking a Project Supervisor to supervise production personnel, including monitoring start, end, and break times in a remote work environment, as well as logging vacation, sick days and performing periodic one on one meetings and evaluations for direct reports.  In addition, they will ensure communication of project specs, and to promote good communication between employees.     Responsibilities *  Conduct regular quality checks to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards, First Pass Yield goals are being met by all production staff, and any rework is investigated to prevent future occurrence. * Ensure time sheets are being filled out daily, and the proper time codes and units are being claimed.  Approving 40 hours of work is not enough, and will allow errors into the database. * Make design/drafting quality decisions, and implement corrective actions for any identified quality or compliance issues. * Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project timelines and profitability goals are met. * Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed. * Ensure all project staff are engaged in productive tasks, and individual tasks are completed and invoiced promptly. * Manage your time so you are easily available to your team for mentoring and answering questions.   * Identify skill gaps and get approval for necessary training sessions or new resource acquisition. * Ensure production team members have the proper training before taking on new assigned tasks. * Develop and expand your team with the necessary skill sets to succeed in upcoming projects.   * Work with Manager to implement corrective actions, whether behavioral, performance related, or quality related. * Monitor and ensure all staff meet productivity targets, and take corrective action if necessary. * Assign specific projects to individual designers and address any questions regarding time tracking. * Be able to answer technical questions from peers in a timely manner to keep workflow moving. * Ensure confidentiality of company information.   * Perform other related duties as assigned by management.     Qualifications we are looking for *  A minimum of three years of production design and/or supervisory experience in engineering or a related field in the industry * Ability to handle sudden priority shifts and be able to switch tasks easily without gaps in productivity and with an understanding attitude.   * Able to effectively communicate both written and verbal, prepare reports and plans.   * Willingness to learn; adapts and accepts increased responsibility.  * Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated.  * Proven leadership skills to positively influence others, collaborate with teammates, communicate on the level of others, listen, and understand people in circumstances common in the workplace.  * The ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company mission, and exemplifies CCI leadership behaviors.      Shift is full-time Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:00 am – 4:00 pm CST.  Must be flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours as necessary. . #LI/DN1

We are seeking a Site Acquisition Project Manager who is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of site acquisition projects for wireless infrastructure, from initial market analysis and site identification to lease execution, zoning approvals, and permitting. This role involves managing a team of Site Acquisition Specialists and Supervisors, providing strategic direction and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in compliance with all client and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients and a key collaborator with internal departments to drive project success and business growth. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact and manage all aspects of client assigned site acquisition projects, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met. • Direct and oversee a team of Site Acquisition Specialists and Supervisors providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure successful project execution. • Prioritize and manage workloads for team members to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are achieved. • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients, providing comprehensive updates on progress, key milestones and any potential issues or roadblocks. • Continually develop and build client relationships. • Drive the process of identifying, qualifying, and securing optimal properties for wireless infrastructure projects within defined search rings. • Oversee the due diligence process for all assigned sites, including Site Candidate Information Packages (SCIP), title reviews, environmental assessments, and jurisdictional research. • Obtain consent from property owners for site access, construction, and surveying activities. • Manage and review all legal documentation, including lease agreements and real estate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance and identify any regulations which may affect the project (as needed). • Function as a liaison between internal teams, clients, property owners and utility companies to facilitate the execution of agreements. • Provide strategic oversight for the permitting and zoning processes ensuring all required applications are prepared accurately, submitted and tracked efficiently. • Collaborate with internal and external teams to address any zoning or regulatory issues that arise, mitigating project delays. • Ensure all site development activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability for all assigned projects. • Process and manage all project-related financial documents, including purchase orders and invoices with the client and external vendors. • Ensure all project documentation and data entered is accurate and maintained in client portals and internal tracking systems. • Individuals in this role receive privileged access and are assigned specialized training at least once a year. • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, wireless infrastructure, telecom project coordination or equivalent practical experience required. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project management, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects. • Prior Project Management experience. • Familiarity with zoning, permitting and land use regulations preferred. • Understanding of lease agreements and title reports are preferred. • Ability to interpret construction drawings and site plans preferred. • Accurately forecast project milestones and related timelines. • Have a proactive approach to managing deadlines and client expectations. • Strong demonstrated ability to prioritize a commitment to tight deadlines. • Strong negotiation skills. • Review and understand real estate documents and speak knowledgeably with both clients and property owners. • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office and project management software. • Exceptional organization, analytical, attention to detail and critical thinking skills. • Effectively communicate both written and verbal, prepare reports and plans. • Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated. • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, including maintaining a high level of confidentiality. • The ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company mission, and exemplifies CCI leadership behaviors. Shift is full-time Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. Must be flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours as necessary. Additional Information • Approximately 25% travel may be required. • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Compensation: base salary range 90k-110k plus bonuses.
