In this role you will act on marketing and sales initiatives and dealer marketing and sales operational excellence to support district execution. Role Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst drives strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, optimize dealer performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role ensures seamless execution of enterprise onboarding programs, market analysis, and retail governance processes to support Caterpillar’s retail growth and digital transformation objectives. What You’ll Do (Job Duties) Customer Experience Reporting including Customer Onboarding Leadership: • Manage and evolve the Enterprise Customer Onboarding Dashboard and Weekly Tracking Tool. • Deliver training and on-demand support for onboarding tools across dealer networks. • Align onboarding KPIs with enterprise stakeholders and facilitate workshops for process improvement. Proximity & Market Analysis: • Deploy and maintain ArcGIS-based proximity tools for dealer coverage optimization. • Integrate and analyze CEDE, UCC, OLGA, and Dodge datasets to inform strategic decisions. • Provide branch- and territory-level analytics to support dealer growth strategies. • Enable Retail Transformation by supporting district teams in deploying lead management, digital marketing, and sales effectiveness. • Develop deep expertise to advise districts and dealers on process improvement areas such as customer management, retail transformation, customer onboarding. • Measure dealer performance and support districts on developing improvement action plans and gap resolution initiatives to support Marketing and Sales Operational Excellence • Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades. • Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams. • Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.
