We are looking for a creative, passionate and detail-oriented Sr. Brand Marketing Associate to join the consumer marketing team for Cars.com. Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in creative strategy and production, writing briefs, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, collaborating internally and with external agency partners and helping to measure campaign effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, collaborative and innovative marketer looking to grow their career in strategic brand management and have fun building and growing an original dotcom brand.Key Responsibilities: • Draft and finalize creative briefs ensuring all necessary information is clearly documented and aligned to the brand strategy. • Lead the creative review and approval process, particularly social and digital, ensuring creative development remains on brief and on time. • Manage the day to day influencer partnership process from selection through to creative execution and campaign measurement. • Partner with our media agency and new partners or vendors to ensure creative placement and execution against brand strategy and guidelines and drive innovative thinking for creative partnership. • Lead the tracking and aggregation of marketing campaign performance data across various channels and summarize and share learnings to partners internally and externally to drive continuous improvement. • Compile reports focused on key brand health metrics, competitive insights, and campaign performance pulling out insights to share with the team. • Collaborate closely with internal partners across social, lifecycle, product marketing, editorial, PR and others to drive consistent execution against the brand and content strategy across channels. • Lead the development of printed materials for placement in dealerships, owning the vendor relationship, budget and overall project and timeline management. • Serve as a main point of contact with external production vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within spec. Qualifications: • 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. • Very detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and an intense focus on quality and detail in all output. • Highly collaborative with an ability to partner across the organization to bring a project from concept to execution. • Experience with social media and/or influencer marketing a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. #LI-EJ #LI-Remote In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. About the Position Dealer Inspire / Cars Commerce is a certified provider of multiple products and services within many automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) programs. These certifications allow for franchise dealer enrollments and significantly contribute to the market penetration of products and revenue generated for the company. The OEM Program Manager will lead an OEM Program(s) to successfully manage business objectives, client relationships and work pipelines necessary to maintain and grow these OEM program affiliations. As a key operational leader, this role is responsible for managing and enhancing business processes across multiple product lines. The Senior Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing Services, Commerce Media, CRM, Product, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. About the Role: The OEM Sr. Business Analyst is a collaborative, cross-departmental position responsible for the organization and task creation of projects for Dealer Inspire’s OEM Brand Programs. This position is the connection to our Development team and our Program Management team and will ensure communication, expectations, and priorities are aligned for flawless execution. Our brand partners have integrations that are the foundation for the operation of their dealer network and websites. These integrations can include but are not limited to Inventory, Analytics, Leads, Tagging, and more. The OEM Sr. Business Analyst will be the primary driver in ensuring that the team has the necessary details related to project scope, project timeline, technical requirements, and definition of success Essential Job Functions: Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify and understand the desired enhancements or modifications in order to gather and document requirements for proposed solutions/system functionality. Assists with project planning by ensuring expectations are clearly stated, communicated, and documented. Provides input into project management concerning the scope, impacts and risks of requirements gathered. Collaborates with the business and development teams on a variety of items including, but not limited to, creating testing plans, system execution. and production defect management. Participates in the final implementation and integration of solutions by monitoring project progress, tracking development and implementation activities, ensuring the solution meets business and brand partner needs, and publishing progress reports.
