The US team is small but growing, with close integration into the wider global team and a long-term commitment to building a strong East Coast presence. The Role This is an opportunity for a Senior Research Executive to join a growing US team and work as part of a highly collaborative global research group. You’ll support and manage multiple primary pharmaceutical market research projects, working end-to-end across both qualitative and quantitative studies. The role offers exposure to a wide range of therapy areas, methodologies, and senior stakeholders, with real scope to develop consultative and strategic research skills. This is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and being hands-on across the full research lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Support and manage day-to-day delivery of multiple qualitative and quantitative primary MR projects • Contribute across the full project lifecycle, including: • Project kick-off and study design • Development of screeners, questionnaires, and discussion guides • Survey checks and collaboration with operations on fieldwork and data management • Moderation (where applicable) • Data organization, analysis, and insight generation • Creation of clear, engaging, storytelling-led reports • Act as an internal and external point of contact, providing updates and managing logistics • Work closely with a global research team to continuously develop skills and best practices • Build experience across multiple therapy areas, methodologies, and client business needs • Actively contribute to culture, values, and team development as a core member of the growing US team About You • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market research from a consultancy • Hands-on experience delivering primary research (qual and/or quant) • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines • Confident communicator with clients and internal stakeholders • Curious, thoughtful, and motivated to continue developing as a researcher • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving consultancy environment • Happy to join a small US team • Open to occasional travel (including international) • Interested in being part of a growing US team, with visibility and impact • Seeking someone based in NY.
