In this role, you will work with the manufacturing and supply chain teams to identify opportunities in the data & analytics, digital, automation and AI domains to meet business needs, building internal stakeholder commitment, developing and deploying products and roadmaps and partnering collaboratively across the organization to jointly develop, launch and govern the product implementation experience, including costs, return on investment, deployment and sustainment, business process owners and accountability model with product users. Key Accountabilities • Own product strategy and development, from inception to delivery, identifying business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment. • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the goals are clear and aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to show progress. • Create product roadmaps as a high level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering over time, to be used as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference and as a plan for execution. • Create the product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development • Drive progress on multiple projects/initiatives in parallel • Build technology solutions and partner collaboratively with other team members in Smart, Data & Analytics and DT&D to deliver the data and technology projects prioritized for the segment of the business • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide directions to support team members and be a strategic contributor. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Clear understanding of agile values, frameworks and metrics • Solid background on data and analytics with proved experience leading data and technology projects and manipulating data on databases, queries and Excel • Experience leading change and communication with a large and diverse group of stakeholders • Experience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables • Minimum of four years of related work experience • Other minimum qualifications may apply PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Project management certification • Proved experience with manufacturing process control and automation projects • Agile product owner certification • Experience with Phyton and general coding
