Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to extract patient data for CareHarmony programs. Transform and prepare patient data for database ingestion, either independently or in coordination with internal teams. Finalize and deliver patient data to internal stakeholders for operational use. Manage all aspects of patient data processing, including tracking, quality assurance, and reporting. Support operational planning through accurate forecasting and data analysis. Coordinate EHR integration projects, working with development teams to scope, test, and deploy new integrations. Support monthly revenue cycle operations through error resolution and collaboration with clients. Manage miscellaneous data migration projects.
