Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and drive success for our largest customers and franchise partnerships. In this strategic role, you'll be the primary advocate for our most important client relationships, ensuring they maximize value from CareAcademy's platform while achieving their training and workforce development goals. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts and franchise partners Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and operational managers Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and growth Strategic Success Planning Create and execute comprehensive success plans tailored to each customer's unique business objectives Monitor customer health metrics and usage patterns to identify at-risk accounts Collaborate with customers to establish success metrics and KPIs Drive product adoption and feature utilization to maximize customer ROI Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales team on account expansion and renewal opportunities Work closely with Product team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests Coordinate with Support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Collaborate with Marketing on case studies, testimonials, and reference opportunities Franchise Relationship Excellence Understand the unique needs and challenges of franchise business models Develop scalable processes and resources for franchise partner success Support franchise partners in rolling out training programs across their locations Create best practice guides and success frameworks for franchise operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role Proven track record managing accounts with contract values of $10K+ annually Experience working with franchise businesses or multi-location organizations preferred Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and customer success platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, training, or SaaS industries Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or educational technology platforms Project management certification or demonstrated project management experience Previous experience with customer onboarding and implementation processes Track record of achieving customer retention rates of 95%+ and driving net revenue retention What We Offer: Competitive salary that rewards your experience and dedication. Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and partner relationships. Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close. Collaborate with the pre-sales team when technical or product support is required. Gain a high-level knowledge of CareAcademy products and services. Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other relevant business issues. Use effective time and territory management to maximize results. Document sales activities in salesforce.com, prepare accurate reports and forecast and manage pipeline to drive sales revenue while communicating activities to sales management Serve as an active team player both on the sales team and throughout CareAcademy to help meet company objectives. Provide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams about product, selling, and competitive matters. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Professional organizational and time management skills. Proficient CRM skills, preferably with Salesforce. History of achieving quarterly sales and activity goals with a documented record of achievement. Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time, within the continental United States. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience. SaaS Experience is required. Experience working with enterprise-level customers is required. Experience with Healthcare Software is highly desirable. Mission of Role: The SMB Account Executive is responsible for prospecting, developing, and managing sales cycles into Post-Acute (Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, and Senior Living) environments within their defined territory. This is a quota-carrying position responsible for driving net new annualized revenue from small to mid-sized business prospects. Duties & Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Manage a sales territory independently to achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets while working collaboratively as a team. Drive the entire sales cycle, including sourcing deals primarily through outbound using marketing-enabled cadences and cold calling. The expectation is that AEs will source up to 50% of the pipeline to effectively sell learning software to healthcare management and C-level executives, articulating and evangelizing the vision and positioning of CareAcademy and its solutions. Provide accurate, timely CRM (Salesforce) data and pipeline forecasts monthly. Develop and maintain a high level of domain and competitive knowledge of industries, territory regulations, and product updates to leverage in the sales cycle. Travel within the assigned territory and/or for industry and company-wide events -- up to 25% annual average. Cross-collaborate with management and internal teams for healthy feedback loops on industry trends, product strengths and gaps, and marketing lead quality. Participate in selling to new verticals and GTM strategies as identified by the Company. Education, Experience, Hard Skills, & Competencies: 3-5 years of SaaS full-cycle sales experience required. Post-acute software/content sales is strongly preferred, or education software experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required. General computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Google Suite, Office Applications, and Salesforce, is required.
