Drive new business growth by developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and closing deals with Fortune 2000 companies. | Requires 5-7 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, and familiarity with contracts and negotiation, primarily targeting senior corporate executives. | Overview The Sales Executive is responsible for sales and business development activities intended to secure corporate relocation contracts for the organization with clients in an assigned region or territory. Base + Sales commission structure. Reports to the Senior VP, Business Development Responsibilities Responsible for achievement of new business revenue goals. Collaborates with marketing to bring research, ideas and feedback for efficient and effective marketing/sales loop development. Manages RFP targets and consults with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to address customer needs and respond to inquiries pertaining to service offerings and program features. Develops sales strategy and business plans: implements processes and executes selling techniques that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Responsible for the performance and sales pipeline development. Prepares action plans for targeting sales prospects and for penetrating new markets. Executes sales development plans established by the executive management team. Uses a CRM to track and report new leads and progression of business targets. Develops network relationships and researches data for competitive intelligence. Conducts on-site presentations for prospective and established client base as required. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines and adheres to travel policies and allowance allocations. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and represents the company in a professional and respectful manner. Assists other sales team members with client presentation and relationship development as required. Responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales goals and objectives. Qualifications College degree + 5-7 years’ of experience in business development for a multi-million dollar growth organization. Experience selling enterprise business process outsourcing services to Fortune 2000 companies. Skilled at managing complex sales targeted to senior HR, finance, purchasing, and enterprise executives. Excellent presentation skills. Comprehensive understanding of contracts, negotiation techniques, and value-added propositions. Leading client service teams, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery within a relocation/mobility context. | Extensive experience in client services, mobility management, or move management industry, with leadership skills, IT and financial management expertise, and relevant certifications. | Overview Provides leadership and executive management of client teams, and expertise to drive growth, strategic vision, profitability, and unsurpassed customer service delivery to assigned clients. Ensures that employees receive training and understand the goals and objectives of service delivery to clients. Consults and educates clients in all aspects of the mobility industry. Guides service delivery teams to ensure an effective front line, customer centric service to our clients, transferees, suppliers and internal customers. Assists the COO in developing processes to ensure quality control in service delivery, billing, and reporting. Assists the VP of Sales in securing new business. Responsibilities Ensure service performance meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual requirements. Lead recruitment efforts, including identifying top talent and promoting internal candidates for key roles. Manage performance within approved budgets and contribute to cost control initiatives. Oversee compliance with Statements of Work (SOW), audits, and CapViews processes. Direct client transition projects and provide implementation guidance. Coordinate client communications and meetings, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve inquiries or issues promptly. Review and approve change orders related to SOWs; ensure proper follow-up and reporting. Advocate for clients and transferees to maintain company standards and reputation. Identify and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop tactical and strategic recommendations. Build strong internal and external relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Support COO with system management, expense oversight, outsourcing, and vendor relations. Assist with balanced scorecard initiatives and special projects as assigned by senior leadership. Qualifications CRP, GMS designations 10+ years managing client services, mobility management, or move management industry Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relocation customer services environment Ability to mentor, lead, and effectively empower staff to prioritize workloads and produce high quality reporting, client support, expense management, and real estate services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage challenging customers and exhibit skills necessary for conflict resolution High level problem solving and solution development skills Ability to work effectively within all client, employee, and demographic groups Strong IT, financial management, and contract management skills.
