Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including digital marketing campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and WordPress to maximize outreach and engagement. • Plan, coordinate, and manage fundraising events from inception through execution, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful participant experiences. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders through effective relationship management and public relations efforts. • Write compelling grant proposals and sponsorship proposals to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and individual donors. • Manage databases such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, and CRM software to track donations, donor interactions, and campaign performance data for informed decision-making. • Oversee budgeting for fundraising initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting financial goals. • Conduct research on potential funding sources, estate planning opportunities like wills and trusts, and legal considerations related to nonprofit fundraising efforts. • Lead volunteer management efforts by recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers for various fundraising activities. • Utilize social media management tools to promote events and campaigns across platforms, increasing visibility and supporter engagement. Requirements • Proven experience in event planning with a track record of executing successful fundraising events. • Strong skills in digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, WordPress, Constant Contact, and social media management platforms. • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial partnerships with sponsors and vendors. • Experience with databases like Salesforce or Raiser's Edge for data collection and donor management. • Ability to craft persuasive proposals for grants, sponsorships, or estate planning opportunities such as wills or trusts. • Knowledge of nonprofit management principles including volunteer management and strategic planning. • Familiarity with CRM software systems used in fundraising environments; experience with Wills, Trusts & Estate law is a plus but not required. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public relations initiatives. • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in budgeting, event management, and data collection processes. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles with a focus on human resources. • Strong knowledge of HR practices including FMLA, workers' compensation, talent management, and performance management. • Familiarity with ATS systems (such as Lever, Taleo, or iCIMS) for recruitment processes. • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Paychex, Dayforce, Ceridian) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively interact with various stakeholders. • Experience in project management methodologies is preferred. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
