Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s brand visibility and engagement by coordinating advertising opportunities, thought leadership initiatives, and marketing campaigns. This role will manage speaker and panel opportunities, podcasts, and content contributions while also coordinating social media campaigns, marketing collateral, website updates, and invoice processing. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to plan, track and deliver campaigns, while managing related budgets, schedules, and approvals. Promotional Materials & Inventory Management Oversee promotional item ordering, inventory, and distribution for tradeshows, events, and customer programs. Manage event collateral, signage, and branded materials to ensure consistency with brand standards. Partner with vendors and internal creative team to develop promotional products and materials Track usage and replenish stock of branded giveaways and event kits. Advertising & Thought Leadership Identify and coordinate advertising opportunities across industry publications, associations, and digital platforms. Support planning and execution of thought leadership activities, including speaking engagements, panel participation and podcasts. Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to prepare materials, talking points, and content for thought leadership opportunities. Track invoices, deliverables and ensure deadlines for advertising and thought leadership opportunities are met. Qualifications And Education Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in related field • Military Air Mobility Management Experience • C-17 experience required. Experience in managing C-17 training at the Wing, Group and Squadron Level. • Strong knowledge of C-17 flight simulator and training services market and experience in • managing the development of training solutions. • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software is a strong advantage. • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills • Excellent problem-solving ability • Ability to reason, plan, direct, and evaluate situations to make appropriate recommendations and take actions beneficial to the program and the company. • Ability to demonstrate leadership ability with complex reasoning and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to effectively present information to customer representatives, top CAE USA management, and public groups. Summary  The R&D Project Managers is a key role of the Technology and Product Development (TPD) Team that delivers forward leaning technology, products, and solutions to CAE though research and development initiatives.
