Compensation$75K - 95K a year

Lead cross-functional operational initiatives to scale a healthcare management program by designing scalable solutions and KPI frameworks. | Requires 5+ years in operations, strategy, or consulting with strong problem-solving and stakeholder influence skills. | Cadence is the clinical AI company automating the treatment of chronic disease. Its Clinical Intelligence takes on the routine, high-volume work of chronic care – monitoring patients, surfacing risks, and coordinating action – so clinicians can focus on the decisions that require them. Grounded in partnerships with more than 20 leading health systems, deep EMR integrations, dedicated medical group, and experience serving a population of more than 100,000 patients, the system learns from real-world care delivery, improving as it scales. Cadence has been recognized by TIME as one of the Top 100 HealthTech Companies and by LinkedIn as a Top Startup (#4, 2025). The Role Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM) is one of Cadence's highest-growth programs, and this role is its operational engine. As the Business Operations leader for APCM, you'll own the most critical cross-functional initiatives across the program, spanning Growth, Enrollment, Care, and Patient Success. You won't just execute tasks, you'll diagnose where the operation is breaking, design scalable solutions, and drive execution across a complex, fast-moving business. You'll be the connective tissue across functions, the person who turns leadership priorities into structured work streams, and the one who ensures APCM can scale without breaking. This is a high-stakes, high-impact role. What You'll Do Own and lead the highest-priority cross-functional operational initiatives across the APCM business at any given time Serve as the connective tissue between Growth, Enrollment, Care, and Patient Success removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and driving decisions Translate leadership priorities into structured workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes Diagnose operational inefficiencies across the APCM product lifecycle and design scalable solutions before they become critical Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks that support growth without proportional headcount increases Partner with Product and Technology to identify automation and workflow improvement opportunities Support the launch and ramp-up of new health system partners end-to-end Define and own the KPI framework for APCM operations; build dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights Partner with Finance and Analytics on capacity planning, forecasting, and business reviews Prepare executive-level communications, operational reviews, and strategic updates Proactively flag risks and emerging issues before they compound What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field A strong generalist operator: equally comfortable building a process from scratch, diving into a spreadsheet, and presenting to an executive audience Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority Highly analytical defaults to data in decision-making and can build analyses independently from raw inputs to recommendation Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and building in environments where the playbook doesn't yet exist You demonstrate hands-on cross-functional ownership, not just analytical or presentation support and a track record of driving structured problem-solving through to execution Compensation Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base salary for this role typically ranges between $100,000 – $180,000, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for equity as part of the total compensation package. Actual compensation may vary by location. Benefits & Perks Competitive pay & equity* Fully remote Comprehensive health coverage: Medical, dental & vision Paid time off 401k plan + matching Paid parental leave Home office stipend *benefit offerings may vary depending on job profile, job level and worker type Cadence is committed to equal opportunity and fairness regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, nation of origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, country of citizenship, medical condition, marital or domestic partner status, family status, family care status, military or veteran status or any other basis protected by local, state or federal laws. Senior Platform Engineer, GTM Systems

Cadence SolutionsAnywhereFull-time
View Job
Compensation$90K - 140K a year

Own and ensure reliability, scalability, and operational health of GTM and patient outreach platforms through automation and integration. | 10+ years in platform or automation engineering with expertise in APIs, SQL, Git, Salesforce DX, and AI-assisted development tools. | Sixty million Medicare seniors live with chronic disease. The care system sees most of them twice a year. Cadence is building the infrastructure to support them every day. Cadence is a clinical AI company that delivers continuous, proactive care for older adults with chronic conditions like hypertension, heart failure, and diabetes. We pair patients with a dedicated clinical team, integrate deeply into health system EMRs and workflows, and use our Clinical Intelligence platform to monitor vitals, surface risk early, optimize medications, and close care gaps between visits. The result: patients engage with care 100x more than before Cadence, clinicians focus on judgment instead of administrative work, and Medicare saves $2M a week. We operate as a full clinical care delivery organization, not a software vendor. Our clinicians work alongside health system partners, extending the reach of local primary care providers into patients' homes. We're now applying AI agents across these workflows – from alert review and medication titration to lifestyle coaching and care coordination – with clinicians always in control of clinical decisions. The Role We're hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to own the reliability, automation, and scalability of the systems that power Cadence's revenue, growth, implementation, and patient outreach operations. This is a senior individual contributor role for an engineer who approaches business systems with the same discipline applied to production infrastructure - using version control, testing, observability, and continuous improvement to build workflows that hold at scale. You'll work across Salesforce, Iterable, Twilio, internal tooling, and data-driven integrations, partnering with Growth, Marketing, Implementation, Operations, Data, Product, IT, and Security to help Cadence reach and serve more patients. This role will report to our Head of IT. What You'll Do Own the reliability, scalability, and operational health of Cadence's GTM and patient outreach platforms, including Salesforce, Iterable, Twilio, and related systems. Design, build, and operate cross-system automations, integrations, and workflows using APIs, webhooks, SQL, Git-based version control, deployment management, and observability tooling. Improve system reliability by implementing monitoring, alerting, root-cause analysis, and preventative controls that reduce workflow failures and operational risk across patient acquisition and engagement pipelines. Translate business requirements from Growth, Marketing, Operations, Product, Data, IT, and Security into scalable technical solutions, guiding architecture decisions from discovery through long-term support. Own complex technical and operational initiatives end-to-end - from problem definition and implementation through launch, ongoing support, and continuous improvement. Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery velocity, system documentation, and operational efficiency across the platform. What You Need 10+ years of experience in platform engineering, systems engineering, automation engineering, DevOps, SRE, business systems engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. Demonstrated experience applying software engineering or platform engineering principles - version control, testing, deployment practices, environment management - to operational systems and business-critical workflows. Deep experience building and supporting cross-system automations and integrations using APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, automation platforms, and SQL. Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to trace issues across systems, integrations, data flows, permissions, and configurations. Experience with Salesforce DX and Git-based Salesforce development and administration practices, or comparable experience applying engineering discipline to complex enterprise SaaS platforms. Ability to independently own ambiguous technical problems from architecture through launch, monitoring, and long-term operational support. Fluency with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tools; demonstrated experience building or evaluating AI-powered systems in production. Preferred: Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling (such as Terraform or Pulumi), GTM platforms (such as Iterable, Twilio, HubSpot, or Segment), or prior work in healthcare, patient engagement, or regulated environments is a plus. Compensation Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base salary for this role typically ranges between $175,000-$205,000 depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs.
