As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, helping our organization make informed decisions, and driving business growth. This position reports to the Director, Solutions Engineering and takes technical direction and mentoring from other lead team members. Specific Responsibilities: Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Databricks) to visualize data and facilitate decision-making Legacy Support: Create, Maintain Extend and migrate legacy reports using tools such as SSRS to modern platforms such as Looker or Databricks Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders Data Integration: Work with IT and data engineering teams to access and integrate data from various systems and databases Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes, report specifications, and data definitions Continuous Improvement: Stay current with BI trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements. Support for AI Adoption, Agentic AI, and Data Lake utilization. Data Requirements Validation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, and translate those needs into actionable deliverables Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, Databricks, or similar visualization tools. The Director partners closely with the VP of Franchising to shape and execute the growth strategy while leading the day-to-day sales effort, managing the pipeline, and coordinating across departments to ensure new franchise success. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative sales environment, brings strong B2B or franchise development experience, and is comfortable speaking with sophisticated investors about long-term business opportunities. Qualifications: 5+ years in franchise development, B2B sales, or business development—automotive, franchising, or related industry experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to close high-value, long-cycle deals (preferably $1,000,000+). Track record of building trust with high-net-worth individuals, investor groups, or multi-unit operators. Strong knowledge of the franchise sales process, including FDD disclosure and territory planning. Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills. Polished communicator, capable of presenting to executives and entrepreneurs. CRM proficiency and data-driven approach to sales management. Proficiency with LinkedIn and other related social networking platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed.
