In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve sourcing strategies, support new product development, and drive cost, quality, and supply performance. You'll play an important role in ensuring business continuity while contributing to procurement initiatives that strengthen our supply chain and support long-term growth. What You'll Do Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across commodities, neutral spirits, sweeteners, flavors, and other key procurement categories. Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support new product development, supplier performance, business continuity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, pricing, and total cost of ownership to identify value creation opportunities and mitigate supply risks. Track procurement performance metrics, support supplier scorecards, and contribute to cost savings, productivity, and contract compliance objectives. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Research and Development, Marketing, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of sourcing and commercialization projects. Qualifications/Requirements Required Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 1 year of procurement or related supply chain experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to quickly learn new systems and work effectively both independently and across cross-functional teams. Preferred Project implementation or project management. Sourcing materials within the food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing industries. Supporting supplier relationship management, sourcing strategies, or new product commercialization. Physical Requirements Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%. Optimize logistics services including load planning, scheduling, freight cost management, and supply chain process improvements. | Bachelor's degree with experience in process design and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, preferably with distribution or warehousing experience. | Job Description/Responsibilities The Logistics Specialist I is responsible for helping to improve logistics services domestically and globally across the company, preparing optimized loads by weight and route, achieving on time pickups, scheduling, on-time deliveries, eliminating out of stocks, maximizing load factors, minimizing freight and storage costs and facilitating claims. This position works with all domestic and global customers, facilities and partners. Assisting to ensure raw materials and finished products are transported safely and efficiently, balancing the costs and service levels and maintaining compliance with all government regulations. What You'll Do Exceeding expectations across all customer segments, including external and internal customers. Needs in all areas are supported, and requests and complaints are addressed as much as possible to the satisfaction of all customers. An ongoing effort to improve products, services, or processes. These efforts can seek "incremental" improvement over time or "breakthrough" improvement all at once. All are evaluated in the light of their efficiency, effectiveness and flexibility. Utilize the MyDevelopment system to help facilitate regular feedback sessions between team member and manager, overall grid rating for each team member, 360 degree feedback program. Support cost saving projects that will drive costs out of the business without resulting in a reduction in quality.
