Job Summary: The newly created part-time Office Assistant will be responsible for completing the certified payrolls and general running of the office including: • Filing documents • Gathering and organizing packing slips • Putting together the accounts payable file with invoices • Checking the mailbox and sorting incoming mail • Collecting foremen’s daily reports, filing them, and noting their hours Requirements: • Excellent organizational skills • 1-2 years of experience working with certified payrolls • 1-2 years of experience of accounts payable experience • High School Diploma Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Application Question(s): • Do you have experience with certified payrolls?
