Make 100+ outbound calls daily to pharmacy leads, educate decision-makers, book demos, log activities in CRM, and meet sales targets. | Proven telephone sales experience, CRM proficiency, self-motivation, and comfort with high-volume outreach; healthcare sales background is a plus but not required. | About Us We’re a fast-growing healthcare SaaS startup launched in 2025. Our audit and inventory management platform helps independent and chain pharmacies eliminate costly compliance risks and prevent revenue loss. With only one other competitor in the market, we’re uniquely positioned to become the category leader - and we need a driven sales team to get us there. The Role We’re looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to connect with pharmacies nationwide and introduce them to our subscription-based platform. This is a high-activity, phone-heavy role where you’ll be speaking directly with pharmacy owners, managers, and decision-makers to uncover needs, build trust, and set up product demos. Compensation • Competitive hourly pay • Recurring monthly commissions on every account you sign • Ground-floor growth opportunity with future leadership potential What You’ll Be Doing • Making 100+ outbound calls daily to pharmacy leads • Educating decision-makers on compliance risks and how our solution eliminates them • Booking qualified demos for our Account Executives • Logging and tracking all activities in our CRM • Hitting and exceeding weekly/monthly activity and revenue targets Requirements • Proven experience in telephone-based sales (stockbroker, medical sales, tech sales, insurance, etc.) • Strong sales acumen and ability to build rapport quickly • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, or similar) • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and performance-driven environments • Healthcare or medical sales background a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
