The applicant must have the ability to manage store personnel, ensure product quality, and promote customer service. The Human Resources (HR) Field Representative is responsible providing assistance with the Human Resources and Employee Relations issues within our stores. Candidates must have previous onboarding, training, and employee relations experience.
