The candidate must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience and be capable of independently guiding all phases of system development, modernization, and implementation with a focus on cloud migration. Key Responsibilities: Guide all phases of development, modernization, cloud migration, and implementation, including system design, analysis, architecture, and engineering. Plan and direct the development of major projects and the installation of systems. Perform process analyses to recommend improvements.
