We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Operations Analyst II. This is a remote role and can be performed anywhere in the U.S., with standard availability aligned to Central Time. WHAT YOU’LL DO The primary objective of the Analyst II position is to contribute to a team that strives to produce positive customer experiences through their ongoing service and support for a broad range of clients across the fulfillment functional area. The Analyst II will support the Integration Support team by executing client tasks and auditing responsibilities in the areas of Fulfillment VI feeds, Fulfillment Output Files, Client Custom Content, Client Fulfillment Inserts, CompliChain features & functionality, and ongoing audits. The Analyst will support the Fulfillment team by completing standard tasks and assisting with routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Attention to detail and consistency are essential in this role. The Analyst will work closely with Senior Associates, Analyst II team members, and the Operations Manager to identify discrepancies, escalate issues appropriately, and help ensure timely resolution. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience) • 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration, client services, HR/HRIS, payroll, or related field. • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues. • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative. • High reliability, organization, accuracy, and follow-through. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for owning the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and month-end close support. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow, optimizing AR processes, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and brings both transactional expertise and process improvement experience. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions): Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Own the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including monthly billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and reconciliations. Prepare, review, and distribute accurate and timely invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules. Monitor customer aging, DSO, and delinquent accounts, proactively driving collections to meet or exceed cash targets. Apply and reconcile daily cash receipts, researching and resolving short-pays, overpayments, and unapplied cash. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve customer issues and improve billing accuracy. Identify and help drive process improvements, automation, and scalability enhancements in a high-growth environment. Utilize NetSuite, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 tools to manage customer accounts and reporting. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience): Minimum 3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle B2B accounts receivable experience. Demonstrated experience managing high-volume transactional AR environments. Proven ability to manage and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve cash collections. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis). Strong working knowledge of GAAP, specifically revenue recognition, AR, and cash application principles. Direct experience using ERP systems, preferably NetSuite; Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint). Experience supporting month-end close, including reconciliations and reporting. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, high transaction volumes, and competing priorities in a fast-paced growth environment. Strong background in dispute resolution, customer negotiations, and payment plan management. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience). NICE TO HAVE (Preferred education and experience): Experience with process automation and AR system enhancements. Prior experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment. Additional certifications in accounting or finance. Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
