Key Responsibilities: • Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality digital content by incorporating AI, ensuring consistency across all platforms. • Own the BPC brand experience across all things digital: LinkedIn, BPC Website, Email Campaign Management, and Digital Newsletters • Manage subcontractors (copywriters, graphic designers, video editors) to produce assets on time and to a high standard. • Create a content distribution plan across our channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, BPC's website, email newsletters, and internal channels. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to co-create content surrounding our micro-vertical focus areas, and distribute effectively across various audiences. • Oversee the design and execution of marketing materials, ensuring a high standard of visual and written content. • Analyze content performance across platforms and optimize strategies for maximum impact. • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and recommend new ideas or platforms to improve reach and engagement. • Making B2B ERP content digestible, interesting, and dare we say, fun! Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles. • Strong copywriting, content creation, and web design experience. • Strong aptitude towards AI, and leveraging it within your role across all channels and content (without sacrificing quality). • Experience managing subcontractors and overseeing multi-platform content distribution. • Excellent design sensibility and ability to maintain high visual and creative standards. • Ability to "figure things out" and solve problems creatively with minimal guidance. • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and content management systems (CMS). • Strong communication and project management skills. • Entrepreneurial attitude - someone who's excited to create systems and structure.
