We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Application Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and integration of business-critical applications within our IT Business Applications team. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities and includes managing agreements and licensing to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. Responsibilities Define and implement the roadmap for Core IT Business Applications, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs. Oversee administration and lifecycle management of Core IT Business Applications like a global ITSM solution. Drive initiatives for workflow automation, data modeling, and process optimization. Manage IT Business Application contracts like Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA), Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA), and Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA). Oversee license compliance, optimization, and reporting to ensure cost-effective usage. Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on renewals and budgeting for Microsoft licensing. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration strategies, and data governance. Solid understanding of data models, APIs, and workflow engines Solid background in system administration and development concepts; familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving.

Bruker Daltonics, a leading manufacturer of mass spectrometry instrumentation, software and accessories, has an immediate opening for a Field Service Engineer focused on key account support in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The Field Service Engineer will install and support high resolution Mass Spectrometry Instrumentation, mainly focused on the Bruker TimsTOF instruments. This position can be based in Maryland, or New Jersey. Responsibilities • Familiarize and train customers for basic operation of the equipment. • Perform remote support and diagnostic analysis to determine independently if on site corrective maintenance is required. • Organize and prioritize schedule in accordance with customer requirements to determine needs for immediate attention, via onsite visits, and remote assistance. • Re-qualify the entire instrument after service repair by running complex compounds for verification, in accordance with customer expectations. • Secure customer acceptance of installation and maintenance sign-off. • Perform installation of new systems, preventive and corrective maintenance. • Communicate and work closely with Service and Support Center, Regional Service Management and Applications Specialists • Perform other duties as required. Qualifications • B.S. in Biotech, Biology or Chemistry related fields or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3 years’ experience diagnosing and repairing mass spectrometers. • Experience troubleshooting HPLC and nanoLC required. • Proven knowledge of analog electronics, high voltage circuitry/circuits, laser technology. • Experience with GLP and working in a regulated environment. • Strong technical skills involving analytical instrumentation. • Excellent customer focus with ability to reliably respond to inquiries, communicate and interact with customers with a range of technical expertise. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines within a customer-focused work environment. • Focus on the Mid-Atlantic Region with ability and willingness to travel up to 80% as required by customer demand. • May require lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and squatting and working in laboratory environments. • Valid Drivers' License issued by state of residence and in good standing. At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $85,000.00 and $133,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
