We’re expanding our team and looking for a dependable Credentialing Specialist to support our growing network of clinicians. About the Role: This is a part-time, remote 1099 contract role — ideal for someone who knows the credentialing process well and is looking for flexible, low-hour work. You’ll manage credentialing tasks for our team and help us stay organized and compliant with insurance payers. Key responsibilities: • Handle credentialing and re-credentialing for new and existing clinicians with insurance payers. • Maintain and update CAQH profiles, ensuring information is current and accurate. • Send reminders to staff for CAQH re-attestations and updates. • Track application status, renewals, and payer correspondence. • Assist with new insurance payer applications when time allows What we're looking for: • 2+ years of healthcare credentialing experience (ABA or behavioral health preferred). • Familiarity with CAQH, NPI, and insurance paneling processes. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
