The Employee Services Coordinator opening is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August). This is a Remote position available in the United States. The anticipated start date for this position is early November 2025. Responsibilities: • Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance • Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients • Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements • Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment • CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees Required Qualifications: • A minimum 2 years of customer service experience • High level of computer proficiency is essential • Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment • This position is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August) • At this time, Bright Horizons will not sponsor an applicant for employment authorization/visa for this position Preferred Qualifications: • Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
