Manage and create social media content for restaurant launches, including Reels and carousel posts, and optimize posts for reach and engagement. | Experience with Instagram, Reels, carousel content, visual storytelling, and social media management. | We’re Hiring: Freelance Social Media Manager – New Restaurant Openings Location Required: CALIFORNIA Are you passionate about food, social media, and creating buzz around exciting restaurant launches? We’re looking for a Freelance Social Media Manager to help manage and elevate social content for new restaurant openings for one of our clients. What You’ll Do: • Manage social media content for new restaurant openings (NROs), including 12 posts per launch: 9 Reels + 3 carousel posts. • Assemble Reels from provided footage and format them directly in Instagram drafts. • Add text overlays using Instagram’s native fonts and effects to maintain brand consistency. • Curate carousel posts by selecting and ordering approved photos, exporting final assets, and applying location tags where needed. • Update plug-and-play captions with city, address, dates, links, and hashtags. • Boost posts strategically to maximize reach and engagement. What We’re Looking For: • Strong experience with Instagram, Reels, and carousel content creation. • Eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail. • Comfortable working with pre-shot content and turning it into engaging posts. • Knowledge of boosting and social media ad best practices is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple NROs simultaneously and hit deadlines. Hours: 18 hours per New Restaurant Opening + must be available during the day
