We power issuance, on/off ramps and blockchain integrations for the next generation of financial products. We work with fintechs, payments processors, embedded payments companies and web3/crypto-native companies to make stablecoins accessible, compliant, and scalable. Weʼre an early-stage, fast-growing company with a highly technical and mission- driven team. As we scale, building an exceptional team, and the supporting systems, is critical to our success. The Role Brale is hiring its first Talent Lead to own and build our talent function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for full-cycle recruiting today and for designing the talent acquisition discipline that will support Braleʼs growth over the coming years. This role is ideal for someone who has deep fintech and/or crypto recruiting experience, a strong existing talent network, and who enjoys operating personally as a recruiter while also building scalable processes. You will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define roles, attract top-tier candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. What Youʼll Do Hands-On Recruiting & Sourcing Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market roles, product, operations and compliance. Proactively source and engage candidates, leveraging your fintech and/or crypto talent network. Run end-to-end recruiting processes: outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, ensuring a high-quality, transparent candidate experience Building the Talent Function Design and implement Braleʼs talent acquisition strategy, recruiting processes, and hiring best practices Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities Build structured interview processes, including interview loops, scorecards, and interviewer training Own and manage our applicant tracking system ATS, with Ashby (or similar system) experience strongly preferred Lead the talent acquisition function hands-on, with responsibility for thoughtfully evaluating if and when to add talent acquisition capacity as the company grows Establish and continuously improve candidate experience standards, communication, and feedback loops Partnering with Leadership Work closely with the COO and leadership team on workforce planning and hiring roadmaps Provide data and insights on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and recruiting effectiveness Help shape Braleʼs employer brand within fintech and crypto communities What Weʼre Looking For Experience 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition leadership, with significant hands-on recruiting in the last 12 months Strong background recruiting in fintech and/or crypto, ideally within early- stage or high-growth companies Proven ability to source and close senior, hard-to-hire technical and business roles Experience being the first or early talent acquisition hire at a company is a strong plus Skills & Strengths Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing Strong existing network across fintech and/or crypto talent markets Ability to operate independently and build structure from ambiguity Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience implementing and managing ATS platforms Ashby preferred; similar systems acceptable) Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality Mindset Hands-on, builder mentality—comfortable doing the work yourself while laying the foundation for scale Excited by early-stage environments and rapid growth High ownership, high integrity, and strong judgment Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams Why Join Brale Be the foundational Talent leader shaping how Brale hires and grows Work directly with experienced founders and executives Build the team powering real-world stablecoin infrastructure Competitive compensation and meaningful equity Fully remote role within the United State

Every launch, onboarding, and proactive solution you deliver will set the standard for how we scale trust in stablecoins and programmable finance. This founding role sits at the intersection of customer experience, technical execution, and growth. You’ll own the journey post-signature, guiding clients from first integration to ongoing value, while building the systems, playbooks, and culture that make Brale’s CS function both responsive and anticipatory. Your work will accelerate time-to-live, drive adoption and retention, ensure compliance, and uncover new opportunities across currencies, chains, and workflows. In short, you’ll turn customer relationships into Brale’s most powerful growth engine and play a central role in building multiple $100M+ ARR business lines. What You'll Do Build & Scale the CS Function Act as the founding individual contributor. Own onboarding, relationship management, and customer growth while establishing Brale’s Customer Success foundation. Build, evolve, and scale an AI-powered LLM to serve as the front line for Customer Success, ensuring proactive engagement, consistency, and efficiency at scale. Create modern processes for issue management, escalation, and cross-functional resolution, with accountability to clear customer SLAs and business outcomes. Transition into leadership by strategically hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members where human expertise adds the most value via a lean, technology-enabled CS discipline. Onboarding & Implementation Serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for getting clients live on Brale, thereby owning the journey from signed agreement to first live transaction. Lead end-to-end client onboarding, with a focus on speed, clarity, and customer confidence. Implement systematic processes for ticketing, sandbox/prod setup, and API integration Deliver a frictionless onboarding experience that reduces churn risk Business Value & Growth Define explicit success metrics for each program (issuance volume, transactions, revenue share, SLAs) Lead QBRs and health reviews to drive adoption, retention, and expansion Identify opportunities to extend programs across chains, currencies, and new workflows Risk & Compliance Enablement Ensure customer programs operate within approved flows of funds and regulatory frameworks Coordinate attestations, reporting cadences, and compliance checkpoints in coordinate with Brale Compliance discipline Customer Advocacy & Insights Provide best practices for API usage, automations, and runbooks Triage and escalate customer issues with clear SLAs Identify and flag recurring issues or patterns across customers, ensuring they are prioritized and resolved working with Product, Engineering, and Operations. Capture structured feedback informing roadmap, process improvement and case studies Team & Process Leadership Establish CS playbooks, dashboards, and customer health scoring models Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Eng, Finance, Legal and Compliance What Success Looks Like Time-to-live ≤ 30 days from signature to first mint Time-to-value ≤ 60 days to first revenue share payout Retention: ≥95% logo retention; ≥120% net revenue retention 100% compliance hygiene and on-time attestations CSAT ≥ 4.7/5 What We're Looking For Experience 5-7 years of progressive experience in Customer Success or related roles, demonstrating the ability to be both a strong do-er and an effective leader, either as a top individual contributor ready to step into leadership or as an established leader with 2–3+ years managing CS. Blockchain-native or deeply passionate about crypto and payments. Experienced in fintech.
