Job Description We’re hiring an AI Data Intelligence Engineer to build, integrate, and deploy our AI Engines and Agentic AI workflows. You’ll work across algorithms, pipelines, and interfaces—making our AI explainable, scalable, and impactful. You’ll start on a consulting basis (competitive hourly rate), with the opportunity to move into a full-time role with equity as you demonstrate impact. Main Responsibilities: • Develop & support AI Engines (algorithms, interfaces, documentation, customization). • Build data pipelines (consistency checks, preprocessing, normalization). • Support scalable deployment via our CI/CD + DevSecOps pipelines. • Integrate AI outputs with LLM tools via RAG for an Agentic AI experience. • Collaborate with the cloud team and occasionally with customers (data issues, insights, business value). Qualifications Must-haves • Degree in Engineering, Applied Math, CS, Physics, or related field. • Experience with analytical applications and technical documentation. • Hands-on skills in at least some of: • Statistics • Mathematical optimization • Bayesian estimation • Signal processing • Experience with MATLAB, Java, GitHub (Actions). • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • U.S. Citizenship.
