What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be to drive the commercial diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution of the firm’s largest and most complex commercial arrangements, ranging from as small as $1.5M to as large as $100M+. They include in particular: Driving the business and IP development In charge of defining and implementing the global business agenda and long-term vision and translating into tangible action plan. Drive the external relationships end-to-end to build T&I’s brand and raise its profile among key external audiences (e.g. SATT events, high profile publications, and external partnerships). Leading internal growth affiliation initiatives Work closely with the Global Business Leader to raise the profile of the T&I Business internally by growing the next generation of transaction leaders at BCG. Build a community of BCG transaction leaders globally – and among all BCG cohorts – through various initiatives.
