Your key responsibilities will include: • Go-to-Market Planning & Execution: • Develop and execute the regional GTM long-term strategy and yearly sales plan. • Lead target customer segmentation, positioning & messaging, pricing & channel development. • Sales, Customer Acquisition & Success: • Lead customer acquisition strategies, including demand generation and onboarding. • Build a Customer Success function to optimize retention and expansion. • Track performance and KPIs across pipeline and revenue. • Continuously enhance sales productivity through performance analysis. • Sales Team Development: • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team. • Create sales training programs and enablement tools. • Represent North America in global sales functions. • Partner Management: • Identify, acquire, and grow strategic partners, including channel partners. • Lead co-marketing campaigns. • Develop channel strategies to expand reach through partners and resellers. • Marketing, Market Analysis & Communication: • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. • Drive awareness, lead generation, and retention. • Lead in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 10+ years of experience in Sales, GTM strategy, and business development. • Proven ability to lead and scale professional sales teams in Supply Chain and or Digital Technologies industries. • Strong domain knowledge of Mobility and Supply Chain cloud services and related SaaS environments. • Proficient in market analysis, sales reporting, and customer lifecycle strategies. • Excellent communication skills; adept at stakeholder and executive engagement. • Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth. Preferred: • Domain know-how in mobility and logistics. • Experience launching digital products in large matrixed or global organizations. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities. • Experience working with or through cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and partner ecosystems. • Strategic, growth leadership mindset with a proactive, business-owner attitude. • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving markets. • Skilled at building alignment and influencing across diverse teams. • Curious, data-driven, and always seeking improvement. • Passionate about innovation in mobility and digital transformation.
