You Have: • 6+ years of experience working in and implementing all stages of the systems engineering life cycle (SELC) for DoD or Government Agency • Experience as a technical lead or senior engineer responsible for driving integration strategies and troubleshooting complex system interactions • Experience in systems architecture and infrastructure design, including scalability, resilience, and interoperability • Ability to provide requirements that result in system models as inputs into engineering change reviews, configuration control boards, or appropriate system engineering reviews and processes • Ability to analyze, design, and optimize systems that involve compute, storage, networking, and applications working in concert • Ability to convey complex system designs and integration strategies to stakeholders, engineers, and executive leadership • Ability to work on site in San Diego, CA • Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physical Science Nice If You Have: • Experience managing a team of technical SMEs • Experience working in Agile frameworks • Knowledge of architecting DevSecOps and Cloud engineering environments • Knowledge of Navy's Overmatch Software Armory (OSA) development pipelines, tools, and processes • CompTIA Security+, INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), or Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
