Bluesight is seeking a passionate project manager to run the implementation of ControlCheck and PrivacyPro for new customers. This person is responsible for forming relationships with clinicians and end users of Bluesight's products and ensuring our clients have the best possible implementation experience. This position is a key member of the implementation team and is responsible for scheduling project milestones, hosting kick-off & follow-up calls, and training end users on our products & services. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, loves to talk to people of different backgrounds, and can operate in an environment that is often ambiguous and requires creativity to resolve issues. \n Duties & Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the ControlCheck & PrivacyPro implementation projects; including the project kick off, software configuration, go live and training while maintaining project timelines. Act as the main point of contact for customers before they go live and own all communications with the customer including weekly check in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etc. Manage multiple implementation projects, with various priorities and deadlines at once for different customers. Work as a consultative partner with your customers to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on their workflows and internal processes. Act as a liaison between the customer’s IT group and our internal Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams to facilitate the technical configuration of the software. Maintain up to date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadership. Work closely with the product team and other internal teams to provide customer feedback which will help define future enhancements to our products Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of professional work experience, client facing and/or experience in the healthcare industry a plus 2+ years of project management; preferably new customer implementations for a SaaS based software product Experience running mid-long term projects, lasting 60 - 120 days Experience working with Wrike or other project management software JIRA, Excel, G Suite, and/or Salesforce preferred Previous experience with SQL queries and/or running reports for EPIC, Cerner, Omnicell, Pyxis software a plus High attention to detail and extremely organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to change, think critically, and work independently/remotely A positive team-player attitude who is committed to getting things done Must be flexible with scheduling to work with customers in different time zones Willingness to travel up to 15% \n $65,000 - $75,000 a year This is the standard base pay range for this role. In addition to a base salary this position is also eligible for an amazing benefits package. The product manager will maintain a priority backlog and roadmap to support the overall product book of business, with primary focus on executing strategy for the 340BCheck product while partnering closely with product managers across KitCheck, CostCheck, and ShortageCheck to drive internal product integration initiatives. This role will maintain priority and focus, handle customer or partner issue interruptions, and make risk-balanced recommendations to prioritize or defer interruptions. The product manager will partner closely with the growth product manager to ensure the primary revenue-generating product continues to grow, retain revenue, and keep users engaged and satisfied. Time allocation: ~60% driving innovation forward to support growth, ~20% ensuring existing customers and partners are retained and satisfied, and ~20% addressing technical debt to reduce future risk. The role includes partnering with the growth product manager 50-60% of the time to understand key problems in new use cases, assess ROI for solutions, and evaluate market and internal efforts required to deliver results. \n Representative Duties and Responsibilities: Understand the existing backlog of major initiatives and capabilities, how they fit together, and their strategic alignment Work in conjunction with the growth product manager to understand and ask questions about key customer/partner commitments and critical issues that will be transitioned to this role Work closely with engineering teams to create and plan Jira tickets and sprint plans Understand outstanding technical debt to be addressed over the next 12 months Determine key success metrics for the overall product line and identify areas of focus Recommend and prioritize backlog items that support existing customers, advance the SaaS roadmap, and schedule these initiatives Present recommendations to internal stakeholders for alignment Understand resource capacity and create investment plans for new opportunities Partner with engineering teams to execute and deliver roadmap items Actively collaborate with customer support and implementation teams to resolve customer and partner issues Jointly present strategies and roadmaps with ROI analysis for new workflows that expand the customer base and drive growth Work with the engineering and growth product manager to determine a 12-month innovation strategy Provide ongoing measurement of success metrics and reporting on actuals vs targets Execute on cross-product integration opportunities with KitCheck, CostCheck, and ShortageCheck teams Candidate Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 5+ years' experience working on software products Experience in strategy development for scalable applications Experience in healthcare software development and delivery Experience with regulatory and compliance software in complex or highly regulated environments Background in a complex, highly regulated industry environment, work experience with hospital or health system operations is preferable Understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements \n $120,000 - $140,000 a year Bluesight offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 and includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
