Preferred Qualifications • Experience as an event producer or managing AV/technical components during large meetings or conferences. • Prior success coordinating hybrid or remote event delivery. • Background in corporate communications, employee engagement, or change management. • Experience working with senior executives and leadership teams. • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart for project tracking and visualization. Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 - $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
