It is the responsibility of this individual to partner closely with Finance, Design and Construction/Project Management to ensure all aspects of a defined project are being delivered within the scope of the requirements, as well as underwriting model bill of materials and on-time at the highest level of quality for the defined project and scope. Additionally, this person will oversee the Power category at a community level – ensuring that we are up to date with key relationships including FPL for payments and staying aligned with Permitting bodies for power turnup. Additionally, this person will partner closely with Supply Chain to ensure generators and UPS are procured for all required sites. Lastly, this individual will partner closely with Design and Engineering on any transport or ring buildouts to ensure that the actual execution can be delivered on within the required timeline, while staying on budget for the originally scoped cost projections.
